Hello World!

I am Sahas Bikram Shah, a husband, dad and an electromechanics enthusiast. I am currently involved in vehicle research and working towards decarbonisation of mobility and transport sector. My interest areas are electromagnetic aspect of electrical machines, power system and energy. I’ve spent good few years with best people in the world learning about iron loss and numerical computation  in electrical machines.  I have designed electrical machines for different automotive applications as well as for large power plants.

I am always eager to learn new things. I will be writing about different topics that are of my interest mainly related to my work. In addition to that I’ll be posting my travel diaries and personal endeavours.
